Make your flowers last forever with this Drying Tin!  Great way to save flowers for out-of-season projects.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour silica crystals from plastic bag into tin. Use scoop to remove half the crystals or enough to cover flower(s) but leaving a layer of crystals in the bottom of the tin. Make sure flower(s) are dry and free of insects. Place flower in silica crystals in the tin and then gently pour removed silica crystals around the petals until completely covered. Place the lid on the tin and wait 3-7 days. Drying times will vary depending on the type of flower. Once flower is completely dry, gently remove and brush off excess silica crystals with a soft brush.
RECHARGABLE: Silica crystals can be reactivated from dark green to orange by spreading crystals on a cookie sheet and placing in the oven at 275 degrees for several hours or until crystals have turned orange.
WARNING: DO NOT EAT. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. Silica crystals are nontoxic but can create a fine dust when using. You may wish to use gloves and a mask when handling.
